A: doorhand is a platform that allows real estate agents to easily connect
with other real estate agents within your brokerage for assistance. Real estate agents
easily create a post for either showing assistance, open house host needs, or general tasks,
and notifies real estate agents within your company of the opportunity to help. Once an
agent accepts the job, the “doorhand” will assist you for a fee.
Q: What is the posting agent fee?
A: doorhand does not charge the posting agent fee. However, Stripe is our
payment processor and requires a credit card processing fee of 3% + 0.30 per transaction.
This fee is paid directly to Stripe.
For example, a $50.00 job will result in a $51.80 charge.
Please note, we strive to keep fees as low as possible while still being able to provide a
high quality and innovative platform.
Q: What do I receive as a doorhand?
A: We charge a 20% service fee of the total job amount and this is deducted
from the doorhand’s payment. For example, a $50.00 job will result in the doorhand receiving
$40.00.
In addition, Stripe is our payment processor and deducts an additional 3% of the job amount.
For example, a $50 job will result in an additional $1.50 being deducted from the doorhand’s
payment. This fee is paid directly to Stripe.

Q: How do I register with doorhand?
A: Click on “Register” on the homepage and walk-through the verification
process. You will be required to enter personal identification information required by
Stripe to enable the ability to make payments. All sensitive personal information is held on
the Stripe servers and is not accessible by doorhand.
Q: How do I post a job to find assistance?
A: On the homepage, click “Find Assistance” and then select “Create New Job
Post”. Once you have submitted your job, you will receive an email confirming that your job
post is live.
Q: How do I accept a doorhand job?
A: Click “Give Assistance” on the homepage to browse and accept available
jobs. Once you've accepted the job, you will receive an email and text including the job
details. In addition, you can filter by job type, zip code, etc. You must provide your Bank
Account information in your profile before you are able to accept jobs and receive payments.
Q: How do I reach doorhand with any questions or concerns?

profile. We're always happy to help and will do our best to resolve any issues quickly and
efficiently.
Q: Is my personal information secure on your platform?
A: Yes, we take the security and privacy of our users very seriously. All
personal information is encrypted and stored securely, and we never share your information
with third parties without your permission.
Q: How do you ensure the quality of the agents on your platform?
A: Only agents within your Brokerage are able to view and accept jobs. We
verify that each doorhand user is in good standing with their local real estate board or
association at the time of registration.
