Services
Our Site provides a platform for real estate agents to find other agents who can show a property for their client. We do not represent or endorse any of the agents or properties listed on our Site, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of any information provided.
Posting Jobs
As a listing agent, you may post jobs on our Site to find an agent to show a property for your client. By posting a job, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to do so and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Applying to Show a Property
As an agent, you may apply to show a property listed on our Site. By applying to show a property, you represent and warrant that you are a licensed real estate agent and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Commission
We charge a 20% commission fee for each showing, plus any applicable Stripe fees. By using our Site, you agree to pay this commission fee if you are selected to show a property.
Payment
Once a showing is completed, the listing agent will confirm that the showing has taken place and that the property has been shown to the client. We will then process the payment and send it to the agent who showed the property, minus our commission fee and any Stripe fees.
Disputes
We encourage all agents to communicate clearly and professionally with each other and their clients. However, if a dispute does arise, we recommend that you try to resolve it amicably. If you are unable to resolve the dispute on your own, you can contact our support team and we will do our best to help mediate the situation.
Intellectual Property
All content on our Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of our Site or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content on our Site without our express written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SITE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
